Statement from Pastor Joshua Navarrete Regarding Trump Assassination Attempt

Share

Dear Friends,

As a concerned pastor and spiritual leader, my heart aches over the recent assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump during his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. I stand in prayerful solidarity with President Trump, his family, and his entire team during this challenging time.

The Bible reminds us in 2 Corinthians 10:4, “The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.” This tragic event is a reminder that our battles are not merely physical but spiritual. We must be vigilant in prayer, seeking divine protection and guidance for our nation’s leaders.

I urge all Christians to pray without ceasing for our country. Lift up our leaders, regardless of political affiliation, and ask for God’s wisdom and protection over them. Let us remember that through prayer and faith, we can overcome the challenges and divisions that confront our nation.

In these times of trial, let us hold fast to hope and continue to seek the will of God. Together, through our collective prayers and faith, we can work towards a united and prosperous America.

My deepest condolences and prayers go out to the victims who were hurt and ultimately lost their lives in this senseless act of violence. May their families find comfort and strength during this time of sorrow.

As 2 Chronicles 7:14 says, “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

May God bless you all, and may He continue to bless and protect our great nation.

In Faith and Love,

Pastor Joshua Navarrete
